Final Walk-Through Inspection
Think of this as your final check-in. Typically done the day before or the day of closing, you’ll walk through the property to confirm:

Closing
At closing, the agent provides a settlement statement summarizing all financial transactions. You, the seller, and the agent will sign to confirm everything is accurate. If financing is involved, you’ll also sign the required loan documents.
If you’re bringing funds, you can wire them electronically or bring a certified bank check for the amount specified on the settlement statement. The seller will provide keys and any important property information so you can officially start your next chapter.
