"I got Justin's reference from Zillow and did not have any prior reference for him. I was looking at house in Tri-Valley and used Zillow to connect me to an agent.
Justin discussed my requirement on what type of location in Tri-Valley I am looking for, number of rooms, budget etc. During discussion with him, he provide perspective on Tri-Valley location. He was born and brought up in this area and had good knowledge of the area. He helped me in narrowing down the location I should go for.
We looked for houses for few weeks and he was on top of arranging appointment for open house and taking care of necessary formalities due to COVID-19. Always on time and there in time with mask, sanitizer etc.
When I narrowed down to the house I preferred, he worked on preparing offer and coming up with a competitive price. And he was right as my offer was accepted; I might have gone for higher price because I liked the house. Based upon his research and knowledge, he suggested right buying price, where another agent might have gone for higher price, for their own good, knowing I was interested.
Throughout the process of escrow close, he was in constant touch with my lender, sellers agents, getting documents needed for closure, keeping me informed. I didn't have to do anything.
His help did not end when house was closed, there were some problem in AC after I moved in. And he was always there to help and in constant touch with HVAC and home warranty company, making sure my transition is smooth.
He also provide reference for movers and house inspection, they all were good and I was happy with their service."

Arevik was the best realtor we could possibly hope for. We were first time home buyers and very new to this whole thing. What a whirlwind buying a house is! After my fiancé and I were passed off by two other agents because of our search region we were a bit apprehensive being passed off for a third time to Tony. He welcomed us with open arms and worked fast as the house we wanted to see happened to be open the day after our official “introduction”; which was over the phone because we lived so far from our target area. After a 10 minute phone conversation I felt like we had someone who would work hard to get us what we wanted. As first time homebuyers we were quite a handful….this I admit (but we knew what we wanted!) Tony worked with me and my little entourage (finance, mom, and dad) who were all eagerly awaiting a purchase. Not to mention we had a pretty finite deadline because of our upcoming nuptials in August. Well, after tons of phone calls, lender changes, addendums, and patience, we have a home and couldn’t be happier! I honestly feel like we made a friend in the whole process (we wanted to invite him to our wedding but thought it might be weird lol).
