Ebony Namba | REALTOR® Serving Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon & Modesto
Ebony Namba is a dedicated Central Valley REALTOR® serving Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon, Modesto, and surrounding communities, helping buyers and sellers navigate the California real estate market with confidence, clarity, and a strong focus on protecting their investment.
Ebony brings a unique advantage to her clients with a background rooted in property condition, pest control, and termite inspection experience. As a former Administrator for a pest control and termite company, and a California Licensed Branch 2 Pest Control Field Representative, she developed a trained eye for identifying issues that many buyers might overlook. This expertise allows her to help clients make smarter, more informed decisions when purchasing or selling a home.
Ebony specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, and clients looking to build long-term stability through homeownership in the Central Valley. She understands that buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make, and she is committed to guiding her clients every step of the way with honesty, patience, and clear communication.
For Ebony, real estate is about more than just transactions. It’s about creating opportunity. She is passionate about helping clients step into new chapters, build equity, and create a foundation for long-term wealth and security for their families.
She chose Keller Williams for its strong culture of mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing training, ensuring she continues to grow and provide the highest level of service in an ever-changing market.
Before real estate, Ebony worked as a substitute teacher and in the medical field. Experiences that shaped her ability to connect with people, stay patient under pressure, and communicate clearly with clients from all walks of life.
Outside of real estate, Ebony is a proud mother of four, and family is at the center of everything she does. Whether it’s spending time at the park, enjoying weekends at the lake, or making memories at places like Great Wolf Lodge, she understands firsthand the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
Ebony leads with heart, works with intention, and believes that success is built through consistency and effort.
As Theodore Roosevelt said:
“Nothing in this world is worth having or worth doing unless it means pain, effort, and difficulty.”
