Keoki Emond brings a unique blend of hospitality expertise and real estate passion to his role as Director of Operations and Agent Performance. Licensed since January 2021, Keoki transitioned into real estate after a career in the culinary field, where he worked primarily as a chef. That background instilled in him a deep appreciation for precision, service, and taking care of people, qualities he now brings to supporting agents every day.

Keoki was drawn to real estate by the opportunity for an incentive-based career that would let him build wealth through investing while creating more freedom to enjoy life and plan for the future. He chose Keller Williams for reasons rooted in what matters most to him: God, family, and business.

Family is at the heart of who Keoki is. The youngest of four children and a twin, he comes from a close-knit family based in Hawaii. He’s been happily married to his wife for 12 years, and together they share their home with two beloved fur babies, Max and Mama. When he’s not focused on operations and agent success, you might catch Keoki on the Golf Course or Driving range with his wife, one of his favorite ways to unwind and have fun..
