Final Walk-Through Inspection
This is mostly a formality, but an important one. Typically done the day before or the day of closing, the buyer will walk through to confirm that:

Closing
The closing agent provides a settlement statement detailing all financial transactions. You, the buyer, and the agent will sign to confirm everything is accurate.
If you’re receiving funds from the sale, you can choose to have them wired to your account or receive a check at closing. The seller should also provide all property keys and important information so the buyer can move in seamlessly.
