We couldn’t have had a better experience buying our first home. Dave knows the area so well and has a strong connection to the Livermore area. He knows so many of the local agents and they all demonstrated so much warmth and fondness for Dave. I immediately knew we found our guy. From start to finish Dave was available to us, had great communication and led us newbies through the process. He also has excellent referrals for financing, inspections, repairs, and the best places to eat! We are so happy in our new home and community and Dave was instrumental in making that stressful process such a smooth one for us. 5 star reviews sometimes seem hyberbolic to me, but this one is true in all regards.
